Q: What happens if my order includes pre-orders with different release dates?
A: If your order contains pre-orders with different release dates, we’ll automatically split the shipment once at no extra cost. The first batch will ship when the earliest items are available, and the remaining items will be sent together once the final release date arrives. We always do our best to accommodate customer preferences—just reach out if you have specific shipping requests!

A: At The Comic Engineer, we take packaging seriously! Every comic is bagged and boarded before shipping and placed in crush-resistant mailers or protective boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

A: Yes! Our founder, a dedicated collector, personally inspects every comic to ensure quality, making them ideal for collectors who plan to get their comics graded professionally.

At The Comic Engineer, we take pride in our expert packaging and meticulous quality control. However, if your comic arrives damaged during shipping, we’ve got you covered.
We offer full refunds for damaged comics with image proof submitted within 14 days of delivery.
